“Portland Color” – Not having much of a week for photos led me to take a photo I have been wanting to take for years. Upon my arrival I found that the entire area I wanted to take a ‘once a year’ shot was occupied by tents and a lot of people. 🙁 As I was returning to my car, this caught my eye.
